La formación de profesores, construyendo subjetividad

| La presente ponencia retoma el análisis y los resultados de investigaciones realizadas en el ámbito de la formación de profesores de la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, República Argentina. A partir de 1995 y en el contexto de la Reforma Educativa nos propusimos indagar el impacto que estas transformaciones tenían en el sistema escolar, propiciando con ese objetivo, el ingreso de los futuros profesores a las instituciones educativas. Este estudio resignifica las relaciones entre los actores institucionales con especial referencia al posicionamiento del docente en el actual escenario escolar signado por la crisis, las fragmentaciones y la marginación social, cultural y educativa. Las reflexiones apuntan a la construcción de competencias en las que convergen las dimensiones cognitiva y actitudinal en un “saber hacer” que se va desplegando en la propia acción. |
This communication recover the analysis and the results of investigations realized in the space of the formation of teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences, National University of La Plata, Argentina. Since 1995 and in context of the Educational Reform we propose to research the impact that this transformations have produced in the scholar system, propitiating with this purpose, the ingress of the future teachers in educational institutions. This study revalue the relations between the institutional actors with special mention to placement of the teacher in the present scholar stage signed by the crisis, the fragmentations, and the social, cultural and educational exclusion. The reflections aim to the construction of competences in which converge cognitive and attitudinal dimensions in a "know make" that unfolds in the own action. |
