| Este artículo presenta una serie de argumentos que nos invitan a la reflexión social ante el fenómeno de la conflictividad en las aulas. Además de incidir en los aspectos que condicionan actualmente este problema escolar presenta, entre otras muchas ideas, la necesidad de no sólo redefinir una política de formación permanente del profesorado que atienda al fenómeno de la convivencia escolar, sino también, el de establecer un Plan de Evaluación que valore el Impacto de esta formación en la práctica educativa. |
This article presents from its beginnings arguments that invite us to the social reflection before the phenomenon of the confliction in the classrooms. Besides to affect the aspects that condition at the moment this scholastic problem displays, among other many ideas, the necessity of not only rethink a policy of permanent formation of the teaching staff who takes care of the phenomenon of the violence and scholastic coexistence, but, the one to actually establish a Planning of Evaluation of the Impact of this formation in the practice educative. |
