La convivencia escolar como factor de calidad

| La calidad es un término que está siendo utilizado con mayor profusión en los últimos años, es un concepto social en permanente cambio. El profesorado constituye uno de los ejes vertebradores de la calidad del sistema educativo. Nos encontramos ante el reto de formarle en técnicas de gestión del aula, de aprendizaje cooperativo. Conseguir un ambiente favorable para la convivencia, va íntimamente ligado a unas formas de hacer específicas, tanto dentro como fuera del aula. Convivir es compartir, y para avanzar en ese camino hay que fomentar la participación. Sólo en un clima social positivo surgen y se desarrollan fenómenos como el compromiso, la motivación e implicación. Destacaríamos como claves para la construcción de la convivencia: potenciar actitudes favorables hacia la convivencia, potenciar la formación del profesorado, introducir habilidades sociales en el curriculo, fomentar la participación familiar y la promoción de un clima de tolerancia, aceptación del otro. |
Quality is a term used with great profusion during the last years. It is a social concept changing constantly. The teaching staff constitutes one of the axes of the quality of the Educative system. We have the challenge to train them in classroom management techniques, in cooperative learning. To obtain a positive atmosphere for the coexistence is deeply related to specific ways of acting, not just inside but also outside the classroom. Coexist is to share, and to move forward in that position it is necessary to promote the participation. Just in a positive social atmosphere can arise and get develop the phenomena such as the commitment, the motivation and the implication. For the construction of the coexistence we would emphasise the following keys: to strengthen positive attitudes towards the coexistence, to promote the teachers´ training, to introduce social abilities in the curriculum, to foster the family participation and the promotion of a tolerance atmosphere, acceptance of the other |
