| Vivimos en la escuela y en la sociedad española momentos de cambio y de crisis que en las aulas se manifiestan con conflictos y problemas de convivencia, los profesores no están preparados para afrontar con eficacia la resolución de estos conflictos, se encuentran desorientados sobre el papel a desarrollar, se hace necesario cambiar la concepción de la escuela, implicar a las familias en las tareas educativas, enfrentarse a la solución de los problemas de forma cooperativa, cambiando la concepción del centro escolar, pasando a considerarlo como una organización que aprende. Se hace necesario incorporar las nuevas tecnologías en el centro no solo para la formación del profesorado, si no como medio de comunicación entre la escuela y la familia. Internet y todos sus recursos correo electrónico, chat, videoconferencia, etc. Puede ser una magnifica herramienta para el trabajo colaborativo entre el centro y la familia, para aunar esfuerzos y compartir objetivos y como consecuencia para mejorar el nivel de convivencia escolar. |
We are living a moment of change and crisis in both the school and the Spanish society that manifest problems in living together. Teachers are not prepared to confront efficiently the resolution of these conflicts. They do not know how to work. It is necessary to change the actual school’s concept, try to encourage families in taking part in the educational process, to face to the problem’s solution in a cooperative way, to change the meaning of the educative centre giving to it the meaning of “learning organization”. It is necessary to include in the centres the new technologies not only as a way of teacher’s training but as a way of communication between families and schools. The internet and all its resources such as mail, chat, video conference etc could be a really good tool to make collaborate work between families and educative centres in order to join efforts and to share objectives to improve, as a result, the school’s living together level. |
