Conflictividad en la Educación Secundaria: Breve historia de una experiencia

| La evidente conflictividad que se vive en la Ense¤anza Secundaria Obligatoria, tiene diversos or¡genes y causas, pero es indudable que est afectando la convivencia en estos centros de una forma totalmente negativa. En uno de esos Institutos, ensayamos algunas pautas de actuaci¢n en cuatro a¤os consecutivos, llegando a la conclusi¢n de que la mejor medida para reducir la conducta disruptiva en el alumnado es la puesta en marcha de talleres de iniciaci¢n profesional. |
The evident conflictivity that is growing in Secondary School, has several origins and causes, but there is no doubt it is affecting the coexistence among students and teachers in a negative way. In a high school, we essay some guidelines during four consecutive years, reaching the conclussion that the best measure to have the students disruptive behaviour decreased, is to start pre professional workshops. |
