La formación de futuros docentes es ahora más importante que nunca, dado que la escuela española es cada vez más multicultural. Esto ocasiona dificultades con la formación docente, la creación de programas específicos sobre la diversidad y la creación de recursos adecuados. La formación en valores y actitudes interculturales de los educadores se puede potenciar a través de las competencias docentes.

This causes difficulties with the educational formation, the creation of specific programs on diversity and the creation of suitable resources. The formation in values and intercultural attitudes of the educators can be harnessed to traverse of the educational competitions. In Spain, Teaching is making a concerted effort to adapt its degrees towards the Space European of Superior Education, through the planning of the degrees in infantile education and Primary Education. The proposal of specific competitions from the intercultural perspective for Education infantile, an interesting point can be to begin with. |
