En busca de una enseñanza universitaria de calidad: El rol del profesor-investigador en los nuevos contextos multiculturales

Resumen Abstract
El objetivo de esta comunicación es ofrecer una imagen amplia y pedagógica de cómo los nuevos cambios en la Educación Superior podrían afectar a los tradicionales métodos de enseñanza del profesorado universitario. Para ello, se exponen una serie de ideas y planteamientos con el objetivo de concienciar a todos los agentes educativos  sobre la importancia que tiene la formación continua y la preparación para el nuevo cambio  en profesores y becarios de investigación para hacer frente al nuevo rol de profesor en el marco europeo. Por último, se muestran aquellas capacidades, competencias y habilidades que los profesionales de la educación han de adquirir para hacer frente a este nuevo reto educativo y conseguir la tan ansiosa mejora de la educación universitaria.

 The objective of this communication is to offer a wide and pedagogic image of how the new changes in Higher Education could affect  the traditional methods of the university faculty's teaching. For it, a series of ideas and positions are shown with the objective of making all the educational agents aware about the importance that the continuous training and the preparation has for the new change in teacher and researchers  this prepares the new teacher in the European setting. Lastly, those capacities, competencies and abilities  show what the professionals of the education must acquire to prepare themselves for the new educational challenge and to get obtain the so much needed improvement of the university education.
