Estudio diagnóstico del conocimiento del profesorado universitario sobre el proceso de convergencia

| Esta comunicación presenta los resultados de un estudio sobre el nivel de conocimiento y las demandas del profesorado universitario ante el proceso de Convergencia Europea. Han participado 1670 docentes de 34 universidades. Examinamos la información y formación que estos profesores tienen en relación al EEES. Los docentes son bastante conscientes de los cambios que se pretenden, aunque se manifiestan poco preparados para afrontarlos. Las demandas de formación del profesorado son elevadas en relación a la información sobre el proceso de convergencia y a los cambios que se producirán en la universidad española como consecuencia de la armonización con Europa. Así como a las innovaciones metodológicas que los docentes tendrán que adaptar, especialmente en el terreno de la incorporación de las TIC a la enseñanza, las tutorías, etc. |
This communication presents the results of a study on the level of knowledge and the demands of the lecturers before the convergence process. Educational ones of 34 universities have participated 1670. The first showy data that we were is the little formation of the lecturers in the matter of European Convergence. The teachers are quite conscious of the changes that are tried, although they are pronounced little prepared for them. Finally, the demands of formation of the lecturers are many as much as far as precise and trustworthy information on the process of convergence like as far as the changes that will take place in the Spanish university as a result of the harmonization with Europe and to the methodologic changes to which the educational function will have to adapt, specially in the land of the incorporation of the TIC to education, the positions of a guardian, etc. |
