Tiempo cuantitativo y tiempo cualitativo de formación inicial

Resumen Abstract
El factor tiempo puede condicionar las perspectivas del profesor-a respecto a su materia y las que sobre sus alumnos-as se haya planteado. Para mejorar la Formación Inicial en nuestras Facultades y Escuelas, creemos que por tratarse de un proceso de aprendizaje de competencias y habilidades, soporte de otras nuevas construídas sobre las anteriores con mayor grado de complejidad, el tiempo debe influir en éste necesariamente y que hay que tener en cuenta el tiempo cuantitativo como tiempo de práctica que podemos dedicar a desarrollar estas competencias y el tiempo cualitativo que es el que va a permitir que las habilidades se aprendan en el lugar donde se deban aplicar. Se trata de abordar de una vez el tema de la flexibilidad en el horario tradicionalmente determinante del inmovilismo escolar y universitario, introduciendo modificaciones en el horario que van a permitir mejorar los recursos propios del centro haciendo posible ademas la utilizacion de otros espacios de gestion pública, privada o libre.

 The time factor can condition the perspectives of the teacher -to with respect to their/its/your/his matter and those which on their/its pupils- ace may have been outlined. To improve the Initial Formation in our Powers and Schools, we believe that by be tried to a process to a competitions and abilities learning, support to others new built on the previous with greater degree of complexity, the time must influence this necessarily and that one must take into account the quantitative time as time of practices that we can devote to develop these competitions and the qualitative time that it is the one which is going to permit that the abilities are learnt in the place where are had to apply. It is considered to approach of once the topic of the flexibility in the traditionally schedule determinant of the immobility scholastic and university, introducing modifications in the schedule that go to permit to improve the own resources of the center making possible and the of other spaces of organitation publishes, private or free.
