| La construcción del pensamiento práctico, es decir, la capacidad de reflexión en la acción y el dominio de las competencias docentes son dos hitos que nos preocupan en la formación de los futuros maestros/as; el camino para llegar a ello consideramos que no puede ser más que a través de la experiencia, de ahí la importancia que toma para nosotros el Prácticum. La organización y planificación del mismo, el funcionamiento de las tutorías, el tipo de relación que se establece con las escuelas, las características de las tareas encomendadas a los alumnos/as su implicación... etc, creemos que está en la línea que nosotros proclamamos y así lo exponemos. |
The construction of practic thinking, as we might say, the capacity of reflection in the action and the domination of the actual proficiencies are two objectives that preoccupe us in the formation of the future teachers; the way to succeed can only be, in our opinion through the experience, consequently the "practicum" is so important for us. The organisation and planification of the same, the working of the protectories, and the kind of relation between the schools, the characteristics of the works given to the students, their involving, etc. Are we think in the line that we declare and consequently we expose it. |
