Aprendiendo de la experiencia: Ámbitos problemáticos en las prácticas de enseñanza

Resumen Abstract
En el desarrollo de nuestro diseño del Prácticum se han constatado los siguientes ámbitos problemáticos: perspectiva utilitarista del alumnado, mimetismo del futuro docente respecto a la Escuela Universitaria y a la Escuela Primaria, experiencias previas del alumno en prácticas, relaciones de poder en la institución universitaria, rol del estudiante "pasivo-acrítico", otorgado al alumno por la Universidad y perspectivas de valoración y reflexión diferentes entre el tutor y nuestro diseño. Hemos aprendido de esta experiencia, la necesidad de armonizar los diferentes niveles y perspectivas de los investigadores participantes; así como la importancia de la implicación de los tutores, desde el diseño, en el que la responsabilidad última sea crear situaciones educativas y no soluciones.

 In the development of our design of the Practicum they have been verified the following problematic areas: perspective utilitarian of the students, mimicry of the educational future with respect to to the University School and to the Elementary School, previous experiences of the pupil in practice, relationships of power in the university institution, role of the student "passive - non-critical", granted to the pupil by the University and perspectives of valuation and different reflection between the tutor and our design. We have learnt of this experience, the need of harmonizing the different levels and perspectives of the reasearchers participating, as well as the importance of the implication of the tutors, from the design, in the one which the responsibility last will be to create educational situations and not solutions.
