Aspectos formativos del tutor en orientación vocacional

Resumen Abstract
Presentamos un programa de Orientación Vocacional con el objetivo de mejorar la preparación del profesorado y en concreto, de los tutores con el fin de que hagan de puente entre el Departamento de Orientación y los alumnos. Las decisiones que afectan a la elección de estudios y profesión, centran nuestro trabajo, que hemos diseñado en una serie de sesiones estructuradas en bloques temáticos titulados: "Conocerse", "Que me interesa", "Decidirse".

 In this paper, we present a Vocational Orientation program and our objective is to improve the teacher training and concretely, the tutelage so that they can act as a bridge between the Orientation Department and the students. The different decisions which affect directly in the selection of the studies and profession are the bases of our work which we have design among different sessions structured in thematic seriesentitled: "Knowing each other", "What am I interested in", "Take a decision".
