| Este trabajo es una reflexión sobre la imagen social del profesor universitario, a partir de algunos datos recogidos en sendas investigaciones sobre la percepción social del profesor universitario. Para ello nos detenemos en los nuevos planteamientos de la Universidad desde una doble perspectiva. Por un lado, se consideran las demandas sociales del aprendizaje universitario y la dicotomía funcional docencia-investigación y, por otro lado, nos aproximamos a las percepciones del alumnado. Se pretende así justificar la necesidad de la formación pedagógica del docente universitario. |
This work is a reflection on the social image of the University Teacher taken from some data gathered, in two different investigations on the social perception of the University Teacher. To that purpose, we first look at the new layout of the University from a double perspective. On one hand, the social demands on University learning are considered and also the functional dichotomy Teaching-Research. On the other hand we approach the students perceptions. We intend to justify the necessity of the pedagogical training of the University Teacher. |
