This paper describes the results from applying and contrasting a problem-solving heuristic method based on Polya's classical phases: defining, planning, executing, and feeding back. The implied subject was General Physics, the students were preservice teachers, and the type of research was cuasi-experimental. Finally, advantages and disadvantages of this method on teaching are pointed up. |
